Find a measuring tool
Flexible measuring tape is the easiest option, but you can also use a piece of string and a straight ruler.
2. Measure your head
Wrap your measuring tool arounf your head, just above your eyebrows. If you’re using a string, mark the point where it overlaps, then measure with a straight ruler.
3. Find your best fit
Large helmets range from 58-61 cm and Medium helmets range from 54-58 cm. If you’re in between sizes, we recommend sizing down.

We'll bring the ebike to you and pick it up when you're done. *Free delivery is available anywhere on Dauphin Island.
Daily delivery time is between 7:00am-9:00am. Pickup time is 30 minutes after sunset.

Ride worry free with our complimentary roadside assistance. If you get a flat tire or run out of battery, we're just a call away. Reminder: No riding eBike on sand, beach or in saltwater or freshwater per agreed terms and conditions. Riders will be charged for cleaning and or replacement of damaged parts not excluding replacement of the ebike at full cost.

We do not have a storefront or 'shop'. We are a mobile, delivery only electric bike rental company on Dauphin Island. There is no location for you to visit and pick-up the ebikes at this time.

At Island eBikes we pride ourselves in offering a flat rate for a full day rental, So you don’t have to worry about being charged by the hour while enjoying your day on Dauphin Island. Our process is simple: You reserve your eBike rental and we deliver to you between 7:00am-9:00am. For returns we will pick up the eBike 30 minutes after sunset at your designated location. That way you get to enjoy and full day on the island and you get to see our beautiful sunsets before having to return your eBike.

Yes, all riders must be at least 19 years old. Rider represents and certifies that Rider is at least 19 years old. If Rider misrepresents his/her age for any or no reason, Rider accepts full responsibility and is liable for any consequence, claims, demands, causes of action, losses, liabilities, damages, injuries, costs and expenses, penalties, legal fees, judgments, suits or disbursements of any kind or nature whatsoever related to any such misrepresentation.

No, our eBikes are not permitted to be transported (bike rack, car, truck, van, etc) by anyone other than a represenative from Island eBikes.
